What you will bring to this job?
1- Take part in risk workshops and report any risks associated with Civil installations or general projects
2- Basic ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, or oral instruction on a variety of structures related to the project
3- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision
4- Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit. Frequently must squat, stoop, or kneel, reach above the head, and reach forward. Daily uses hand strength to grasp tools, supplies and equipment. Occasionally climbs ladders.
What we expect from you?
1- Has good knowledge on the Interior fit out works, building fabric installation & maintenance. Knowledge of CAFM system, KPI & SLA. Basic understanding of the Civil fit out works and office layout installation and removal in commercial buildings or other facilities management building services engineering environment.
2- Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of buildings office layout set up requirements.
3- 3 years minimum experience in a similar role.
4- Technically competent with a clear technical understanding of buildings office layout set up requirements.
5- Technical and safety awareness with a clear understanding of electrical safety, permit to works, processes, procedures, use of electrical tools and associated test equipment.
6- Two years Diploma or ITI.
7- UAE – Light Vehicle Driving License
