About Role
1- Commercial Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely completion of signature process of commercial contracts and PO by assisting in printing and scanning documents for distribution to the stakeholders in the geomarket, location or Commercial Centre.
- Set up and maintain commercial documents archive to systematically index all direct sales commercial contracts physically and digitally as per Direct Sales Process and checklist requirements.
- General administration of documentation such as letter of credit, bank guarantees, bid bonds, work orders and invoice
- Manage recharge for KSA CnD recharges to the agent
- Manage recharge for KSA CnD recharges to the agent
- Maintains and updated record of Direct Sales Commercials; Client Contracts and Client Purchase Orders, Commercial proposals and related legal documents
- Submitting purchase request payments for, verify the documents, follow up and confirm payment to supplier- Critical Payments
- Critical Supplier Reconciliation for Escalations for Aramex, Agility , Expeditors, DHL,
- Clearing DFM cases – VMD Request, Non-Po Coding, SWPS Approval matrix, PO related Issues, Tax Compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
