About Role
1- Communications Coordinator
Full Time
Jumeira Beach Road – Al MINA, Dubai, Dubai, AE
Responsibilities
- Transmit relevant information into the operation in a timely manner.
- Accurately log communication activities in the logbook and database.
- Report all relevant operational information to the Duty Managers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on maintenance and service requests as requested by Duty Managers.
- Complete weekly SR update reports and send to Park Duty Manager and Park Manager.
- Drafting e-mails and standard reports, many of which will be based on standard templates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education certificate
- 1 year of experience working in an operational department within the Leisure Facilities
- At least 6 months previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Able to use MS Office Programs (Word & Excel)
