1- CRM Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Fully embrace usage of CRM platforms aligning with daily workflow requirements
2- Monitor tools optimization through weekly reports & work closely with the store teams for continuous progress
3- Ensure retail teams’ orientation to make an efficient use of Clienteling applications
4- Consolidate monthly Clienteling action plans in coordination with the stores priorities and improving key indicators 
5- Support the evaluation of action plans implemented and the performance throughout completion
6- Emphasize and promote qualitative data collection & the value in acquiring enhanced data

Job Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar. 
2- Fluent in English & Arabic, both spoken and written. French is a plus. 
3- Proactive problem solver with ability to work simultaneously across multiple projects and set priorities. 
4- Strong passion for the luxury world and understanding luxury clientele expectations
