About Role
1- Customer Activation Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop growth and engagement strategies in order to expand the Company’s digital presence; review new tools and keep the company at the forefront of development in digital marketing
- Develop, manage and implement B2C Digital Consumer engagement platform and 360 consumer-centric Social Media strategy that extend contact with consumers beyond the point of purchase
- Work closely with the Brand team and our communication agency to develop and create content on all social media platforms that will build an audience and ensure consumer engagement; closely monitoring Social Media metrics and suggest corrective actions if needed
Requirements
- We believe that at least 3-4 years in Marketing with a focus on Digital will set you up for success; you will greatly benefit from understanding the GCC market specifics and FMCG industry
- You are analytical and creative, able to build relationships with consumers and stakeholders
- You have strong business acumen and manage finances well
- You have a University degree in Marketing or related
