1- Customer Manager

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- The incumbent will be responsible for managing and building-up Retail Wealth Management (investments and Bancassurance product) business across the Retail Bank (PRB, BuB, and PSB). Manage client advisory process through client profiling, model portfolios and sales process for investment, and Bancassurance products, Implement cross-sell initiatives to increase investment and Bancassurance product penetrations within the Retail Bank portfolio.
2- Assist team of Relationship Managers in client meetings and providing complete end to end service to develop investment/Banca business.

Job Requirements:

1- University or Graduate Degree or comparable education/training
2- Language: English, while knowledge of regional languages is of advantage 
3- MBA is of advantage
4- 3 years of similar experience in other banks or wealth management institutions
