1- Customer Service Representative

Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Executive or relevant role.
- Contact Centre, Call Center or Hospitality industry is Required.
- At least 2 years of UAE Call center experience is required.
- Minimum qualification-Any graduate / PG is eligible to apply.
