Job Responsibilities:
1- Develop relation with the customer
2- Support client for any claim, payment issues or pending shipment.
3- Provide support for the sales, to quote client and Follow on business award.
4- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders internally
5- Handle freight enquiries, quotations and coordination with local and international clients.
Job Requirements:
1- Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
2- 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the Air Freight Forwarding industry
3- Knowledge about global tradelanes, airlines & air freight solutions
4- Experience in Customer service and handling Key business client, airline & rate negotiation
5- Excellent MS office skills: Word, Excel and Power Point
