1- Data Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- Updating the Quality Checks Tracker submitted by Engineers and SOMs Circulation of Daily Completion of Quality Checks
2- Raising CM Work Orders on a daily basis for plant room inspections Circulation of PPM daily completion reports
3- Printing task sheets on a weekly basis for all hubs Consolidation of rosters from each hub Circulation of rosters on a monthly basis
4- Application for renewal of staff, subcontractor and material passes Update of all relevant trackers
Job Requirements:
1- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
2- Experience of developing and conducting training sound analytical skills.
3- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call centre environment.
4- Solid customer focus and customer relationship management experience.
5- Knowledge and experience in Maximo/CAFM System is an advantage
