Job Responsibilities:

1- Pick up passport copies at the designated area
2- File all passport copies per day and hand it over to the concierge
3- Work with computer and scanner to send all the necessary information
4- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and services
5- Prioritize and perform accordingly to ensure that data’s are handled immediately with speed and efficiency

Job Requirements:

1- You should ideally have previous experiences in a similar position.
2- You must also have fluency in both written and spoken English, as well as Arabic and well versed with Computer skills.
3- The ideal candidate will be a friendly, pleasant and courteous individual with good cross cultures sensitivity and a concern for quality and an eye for details.
