About Role
1- Data Science Engineer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Ensure the functionality of the data pipelines for structured and non-structured data to draw detailed and actionable conclusions
- Ensure data availability and accessibility in the central repository, and perform end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering and requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations
- Work with large, complex data sets and solve difficult, non-routine error reports in a timely manner
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data, and prototype analysis pipelines iteratively to provide insights at scale
- Develop comprehensive understanding of data structures and metrics, advocating for changes where needed for both products’ development and sales activity
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of data transformation tools (Talend, ADF)
- Minimum two years (2) of relevant experience within area of expertise
- Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets
- Experience in manipulating, processing and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets
