Job Responsibilities:
A- Working with external stakeholders such as service providers or payment gateways for new integrations, supporting the current integrations or debugging production issues.
B- Supporting the Product Manager with the roadmap by researching new solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the systems/program design, and keeping industry standards and best practices in mind.
C- Managing product backlog and sprints by creating user stories and checking storyboards and tasks assigned to ensure that the team develops and releases all required actions as per the sprint plan.
D- Support DOF and service providers in case of technical issues or bugs in the systems.
E- Planning and managing the releases with both internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all prerequisites are fulfilled in terms of connectivity, configurations, etc…
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
B- Experience in project management (design, development, and release management of application software)
C- Experience in digital payment solutions / financial technologies (FinTech)
D- 8+ years of relevant experience.
