Job Description
Document controllers maintain project documents. They ensure that accurate information is distributed throughout an organisation, on time, to the people who need it. They sort and store electronic and hard copy documents for designers, surveyors, architects and other colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for communications sent to worldwide clients.
- Keeping a close check on the approvals from client for Engineering documents & updating the registers regularly.
- Distribution of incoming & outgoing correspondences.
- Filing of all correspondence & drawings in the accustomed order.
- Coordination with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project team at site on flow of documentation.
- Assisting Project & Engineering Managers.
- Attending meeting and note taking
- Managing diary appointments
- Producing strategic reviews
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in handling of documentation and team assistance role
- Experience of project work would be an advantage
- Experience of working in a multi-national setting
- English and Arabic speaking
- Strong IT skills
- Diligent operator
- Creative thinker
- Good Team Skills
