About Role

Responsibilities

Responsible for timely collection and distribution of all internal & external mails addressed to AFGRE employees and relevant the Human Resources Dept..
Ensure timely delivery of bank documentations, cheques and other relevant documents.
Responsible for ensuring the company vehicles used by self & site cars is in proper & good condition by making sure the car is sent on regular maintenance service & registration is as per the company standards.
Responsible for the disposal of company cars through Automall
Responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the company-issued vehicle.
Responsible for timely renewal of the car registrations including insurance, fuel card, and through AF Group Admin .

Requirements

2-3 years experience in a similar job with a medium or large size company in Dubai.
Knowledge of UAE’s road and traffic rules and regulations.
Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures.
Basic computer & organizational skills
