About Role

1- Driver Team lead
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
Cleanliness of the car both internally and/or externally must be topmost priority
Move all unutilized cars to “hotspots” as assigned by the Team Leader
Relocates vehicles to dedicated hotspots and on the process, refuels / cleans any cars as necessary.
Sanitize the car internally as per the company standard
Ultimately, make sure the car is ready for customer’s use after movement / inspection
Carries out routine checks of vehicles and reports any issues on cleanliness, maintenance and damages to the Team Leader or to the Fleet Supervisor.
Delivers and collects vehicles to and from the third-party service center either for maintenance or for damage repairs.
Facilitates pickups for VIP guests and for employees in emergency cases.
Acts on complaints of customers for any problems with the vehicles which include but are not limited to: misusage of previous customers, left items inside the car, car breakdown due to faulty parts, major or minor road accidents etc.
Must be able to train the team and get the work executed
