About Role
1- Ecommerce Manager

Responsibilities
- Implement integrated short and mid-term strategies for Digital Commerce/ Food aggregators to accelerate customer-back, consumer-centric programming
- Drive online penetration, accelerate traffic, increase conversion, basket size, purchase incidence as well as frequencies
- Work closely with our media, franchise team, global team and bottling partners to get all the foundations right in place (availability, content, product images/title, search, and reviews & ratings)
- Segment channels and customers and define the role of the key brands based on OBPPC strategy and define KPIs to track progress
- Map all whitespace opportunities in terms of channel, customers, categories and define the size of prize
- Analyse on daily / weekly basis our performances, get the right insights, and define actions
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in eCommerce and /or customer & commercial, preferably in FMCGs in UAE / KSA
- Strong planning and collaboration skills
- Strong customer understanding from an execution perspective
- Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
