1- Planning Engineer
Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

1- Draft and develop a high level five year and yearly Retail build plan and program, year based on Retail Network growth and Expansion strategy, Capex availability and landbank for retail stations  
2- Drafting and development of discipline specific, policies, processes, systems, standards, procedures, and internal controls and expedite their implementation to ensure timely and seamless transfer of project performance information.
3- Plan, develop, implement and administration of project services related systems with planning & scheduling tools and data basis with Project Services team,
4- Initiate deviations to control points in the functional Standards and Procedures.
5- Responsible to develop, record, track, monitor and report Department KPI on Retail Segment basis for Project Capital Efficiency, Project Schedule Efficiency and Project Completion Efficiency and prepare reports on monthly basis for submission to Retail MD and quarterly basis to GCEO,

Job Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with nine (9) years of experience in applying the discipline skills construction projects preferably in building, commercial & industrial projects.
2- Understanding of a wide variety of the discipline ‘s concepts, practices and procedures.
3- Advance proficiency in planning and scheduling software application such as Primavera.P6 and MS Project.
4- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and awareness of business.
5- Thorough knowledge of Project Life Cycle.
