About Role
1- Enterprise Architect
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Own, review and develop/ update (as needed) the organization’s Enterprise Architecture (Business, Application, Technology and Infrastructure).
- Lead the development of an implementation plan for the enterprise architecture based on business strategy and requirements.
- Facilitate business and IT alignment through a collaborative, supportive and consultative manner, driving the organization’s digital business strategies and balancing innovation and growth.
- Review current automation levels for the EA practice and be able to recommend and develop different EA artifacts.
- Track and apply innovative technologies, anchoring them in the business and operating model to assess their potential, and use agile and lean approaches to evolve and manage innovation.
Requirements
- A master’s degree in Management/ Engineering/ Technology would be desirable.
- 8 – 10 years + of experience in IT management, line of business management, and/or corporate strategy roles
- 5+ years of experience in team management and development
- TOGAF, COBIT, CGEIT or a similar qualification associated with IT strategy, governance and service in the corporate environment
- Working knowledge of different EA tools and be capable of managing its implementation
- Experience in system architecture may be advantageous.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
