About Role
1- Estore Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Store including order management, sales promotions, forecasting, etc.
- Setup weekly/monthly promotions on Ecommerce systems
- Work closely with the customer service teams, sales team, payment gateway provider, etc. to set-up, document and ensure all the required E-Store functions are in place for smooth E-Store operations.
- Manage third party counterpart’s deliveries and keep project implementation on schedule and within scope
- Ensure Samsung standards in terms of packaging, logistics, customer care, etc.
- Define and monitor third party service quality, e.g. fulfilment, payment/fraud issues, in collaboration with subsidiaries and support functions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing Ecommerce operations
- Experience on working on Hybris, SAP platforms.
- MS Office – Advanced Microsoft excel and Power point skills
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years’ experience in customer sales support roles.
