Responsibilities
- Provide personal and professional assistance to the senior management including email, calls and travel arrangements
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
- Perform administrative and office support
- Schedule travel arrangements and willing to travel oversea as business trips will be requested
Requirements
- University degree in any discipline
- 5 year of secretarial work experience, preferably in e-commerce/financial/technology industry
- Knowledge on extensive and complex travel arrangements
- Comfortable working in an extremely fast paced environment
- Knowledge on Google Doc and Sheets
