What you will bring to this job?
1- Supports strategic execution for Senior Management
2- Prepare Powerpoint presentations and other relevant materials, such as corporate documentation, to support the business
3- Performs moderate and confidential administrative for Senior Management
4- Liaise with clients on company’s behalf, which includes greeting and directing internal and external customers to the appropriate person(s)
5- Answer and screen phone calls and responds to simple e-mails for Senior Management
6- Receives incoming mail and forwards to appropriate personnel to handle
What we expect from you?
1- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of experience supporting Senior Management team of a company
2- Experience in Financial Services industry would be preferred
3- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
4- Solid organisation and time management skills
5- Good stakeholder management skills
6- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
