Job Responsibilities:

1- Preparing and coordinating the Director General’s schedule on a daily basis and informing the Director of upcoming activities and necessary procedures. Community Verified icon
2- Control of incoming and outgoing mail and documents to and from the General Manager’s office.
3- Preparing internal and external communications in a professional manner as directed by the Director General or his office manager.

Job Requirements:

1- Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
2- Work experience: 2 or 3 years of secretarial experience
3- Job skills: computer skills, secretarial skills and work organization, answering the phone
