What you will bring to this job?
1- Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
2- Allocating and managing office space and ensure that basic facilities are well-maintained
3- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards
4- Overseeing building projects, renovations, or refurbishments.
5- Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
6- Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, clients, and team
7- Fostering a professional working environment
What we expect from you?
1- 5-7 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
2- Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position
3- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
4- Bachelor’s Degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
5- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage
6- Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
