About Role
1- Facilities Supervisor
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
A- Manages the day-to-day maintenance of HVAC systems, both district cooling, DX systems, civil, and all the corresponding systems and components.
B- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the technical team.
C- Ensures optimal usage of manpower and resources.
D- Coordinates with Operation personnel for planned and corrective maintenance of other systems.
E- Provides front line technical support to the asset ensuring that the troubleshooting is managed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
A- Minimum of 5 years of GCC experience working in a Facilities Operations or Facilities Engineering organization.
B- Strong personality who can lead a team of technicians
C- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability
D- Communication Skills: Fluency in English, Basic knowledge in Arabic is an added value
