1- F&B Assistant
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- The F&B Attendant will be responsible for the assigned Food & Beverage locations. Performs a variety of duties related to food production, preparation, cleaning, service and cash handling; maintains F&B outlets in a safe, clean and orderly manner while meeting LEGOLAND Dubai and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
2- Cooking food as per the recipe, preparing ingredients including knife skills, seasoning/marinating meats, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, organizing and cleaning of the kitchen, communicating with the Supervisor and Team Leader, ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the Culinary Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1- Must be able to pass a Food Handler Test and meet local requirement
2- One year of experience within a customer or guest service related field is preferred.
3- Experience in food production and/ or food preparation is preferred
4- Knowledge of cash handling, inventory handling, and of point of sale (register) systems is helpful.
5- Effective communication skills required.
6- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays to support park operations.
