About Role
1- Field Sales Supervisor
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Resolve issues with client accounts in an effective and efficient manner
- Facilitate and simplify the development of team territory and client plans, consistent with company sales strategies
- Develop team targets and coach members in reaching and exceeding targets by monitoring quality and quantity of work
- Ensure that the team delivers appropriate levels of service
- Monitor clients’ orders and resolve issues accurately, ensuring accuracy and promptness
- Ensures compliance of managed team to all Citibank policies
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in sales and management required
- Proactive leadership and motivational skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
