1- Field Sales Supervisor
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Expand the market for the Citibank products through managing a team of sales executives in Direct Sales.
2- Responsible for meeting / exceeding KPIS for the channel. Plan and implement sales strategies within the team to ensure achievement of set goals example TM Events management, MGM (member get member) & target market listing.
3- Conduct regular meeting/daily huddles for updates and feedback.
4- Build customer advocacy through managing best in class sales process in terms of customer communication and service
5- Observes and addresses any weaknesses in sales process including customer intercept, engagement and communication.
6- Will work towards building a sales culture which becomes a benchmark in terms of meritocracy, diversity and adherence to Citi policies

Job Requirements:

1- Graduate /Post Graduate
2- Preferably with 3+ years’ experience in managing a team in a target-based environment
3- Manage sales teams 18 staff’s & above
4- Possess good business acumen, effective interpersonal skills, and is excellent at written/spoken communications
5- Track record of outstanding individual sales performance and/or overall business performance
6- Strong leader, entrepreneurial, driven and passionate for sales
