Responsibilities

Supervising the preparation of the institution’s budget in accordance with the methodology used to prepare the plan in coordination with the concerned organizational units in the institution
Supervising the preparation of final accounts and financial reports prepared by the department.
Monitoring and preparing exchange documents and the amendments made to them, in addition to making monthly reconciliations of the institution’s accounts with the restrictions of the Finance Department at the specified times.
Assisting in following up the reports of the Department of Finance and the work of internal and external audits, and supervising the response to them.
Provide necessary key analyzes of business activities and plans in an effort to identify financial risks.

Requirements

Familiarity with the legal and legislative aspects
Knowledge of budget preparation and control
Knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
