1- Finance Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Work closely with commercial business partners (MD, MEA LT and wider commercial team) to assure delivery of volume and Trading Profit commitment across all markets, and assure financial processes enable commercial success.
2- Partner with our distributors to hold them to account on delivering against the agreed targets.
3- Secure support from Dyson Business Services (DBS) on operational finance processes & reporting, and perform handover towards the DBS team.

Job Requirements:

1- A bias for action, with high levels of resilience and drive, able to see the strategic big picture but also hands-on mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get into the detail and delivery of financial activities & projects.
2- Energetic, engaging and pacey, with high EQ and the ability to motivate and inspire in a matrixed environment.
3- Able to challenge all areas of activity, especially elements that ‘have always been done’ and recommend new approaches to meet financial objectives.
4- Strong team player and sound management skills – visible and inspiring leadership style at both a local and international/regional level. Helping to manage, develop, up-skill and promote a best-in-class function.
