Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring Transguard’s vehicle fleet is managed and maintained to support transport operations in the most efficient way possible.
- Work closely with our business teams and operations team to maximize expenditures and deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers.Responsible for meeting regularly with business units, operations team, and maintenance team members to discuss ways to exceed business unit revenue goals.
- The successful candidate will streamline routes with operations to keep costs down, but still deliver the level of service customers are expecting.
- Definite and implementing policies and procedures for the Transport team, enforcing, and upholding standard operating procedures
- Long-term goal of supporting the Senior Management Team by developing the business and supporting the team in developing and implementing.
- A 12 – 18-month plan to establish TG Transport as a standalone profitable business unit by being a leading provider of transportation services in the UAE
Requirements
- Must carry experience in the Transportation industry
- Fleet maintenance experience is essential
- Long-term goal of supporting the Senior Management Team by developing the business and supporting the team in developing and implementing.
- A 12 – 18-month plan to establish TG Transport as a standalone profitable business unit by being a leading provider of transportation services in the UAE
