1- Flight Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- Assisting the Private Jets Director with his portfolio of clients
B- Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process
C- Managing private charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report on behalf of the Private Jets Director
D- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
E- Coordinate with the airlines / airport / clients for the flight operation
Job Requirements:
A- Minimum 2 years’ experience in flight operations
B- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
C- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
D- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
E- Written and verbal communication skills in Arabic a bonus
