Job Responsibilities:
1- Interact with clients and understand their needs.
2- Keep Check-In/Check-Out process smooth and enjoyable for the guest.
3- Ensure cash handling and credit policies/procedures are followed.
4- Make sure that the department remains clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
5- Review guest requests and where possible make sure they are acknowledged and carried out.
Job Requirements:
A- A high level of Standards.
B- Efficiency and punctuality.
C- A warm and friendly character.
D- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
E- Previous experience in luxury hospitality/customer service.
