1- Sales Admin

Job Responsibilities:
1- Assist with the preparation of Tender, RFI, PQQ documents and registration management
2- Assist in the development and delivery of all bids ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all
tender documentation is completed.
3- File management of master RFI, EOI, PQQ and all related bid documents.
4- Maintain and update the customer records on Salesforce including contracts and client contact details.
5- Keep track of tenders and proposals submitted on Salesforce.
Job Requirements:
1- Diploma in any field from a reputable university
2- Master Degree or higher
3- Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales coordination and bid preparation.
4- Good English communication skills, verbal and written
5- Excellent attention to details.
