About Role
1- General Cashier
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate payroll records are always maintained
- Update, run close day operation, print and file daily time sheets
- Calculate final settlement of employee leaving the employment, forward the final separation forms approval to the Accounts Payable upon approval
- Coordinate with the Talent and Culture Department on the opening of bank accounts for new employees
- Follow up with respective departments if any employee has not completed the attendance cycle
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 2 or 3 years in the position is preferred
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of payroll accounting package, employee benefits, labour legislation pertaining to employment in UAE
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Ability to analyze payroll data and provide financial reports as per request
