About Role
1- Head of Engineering
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Supervising plans for land investment, reconstruction, supervising the planning, and implementation of construction projects in all its stages according to the best standards, and evaluating contractors and consultant.
- Supervising the rehabilitation of real estate and the work of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Studying and analyzing tenders, supervising the stages of project design and preparing technical specifications, supervising the approval of building materials, executive plans and project schedule.
- Implementing and implementing the energy rationalization and sustainability policy in accordance with the best international standards, in line with the policy of the Government of Dubai.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management
- Experience of not less than 12 years
- Training courses :Professional courses in engineering, project management, value engineering and construction contracts (FIDIC).
