About Role
1- Head of Institutional Sales
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities:
- Delivering the agreed financial and performance objectives (e.g., revenue growth, client acquisition and retention).
- Developing strategy for the region with the Head of Institutional Sales: UK, Nordics, & Middle East and our HSBC Group colleagues in the region
- Lead the team to ensure we are effectively meeting the needs of existing clients and fully exploiting new client opportunities for these businesses
- Embrace an environment that embraces change and innovation and supports accelerated delivery of growth
- Develop strong relationships with broader Institutional team and other AM stakeholders
Requirements:
- In depth Asset Management experience
- Strong relationships with Asset Management clients in the MENAT region
- Strong Business Development and Relationship Management skills with proven track record
- Excellent ability to interact at senior levels with clients including: decision makers and senior executives
- A minimum of a bachelors degree is mandatory
