About Role
1- Housing Officer
Full Time
Abu Dhabi,UAE
Responsibilities
- The Housing Officer will be responsible for the daily operations in ensuring the safety and well-being of the students as well as providing support to students, the resident assistants, and the front desk security staff.
- Assist with the planning of activities such as orientation, training and team building activities
- Help to ensure that the physical environment of the residence hall is maintained at optimum levels
- Provide support to the resident assistants in regards to training and conflict resolution
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Ensure that any regular programming (such as advising sessions, training sessions, special events or other activities) takes place as scheduled
- Remain on call in case of any emergencies
- Supervise the resident assistants and front desk staff
Requirements
- Must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited Institution and a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Other essential requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in the academic environment.
