About Role
1- HR Analytics Analyst
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Consults with business partners on business needs, translating those needs into analytics.
- Being able to take your results, understand your audience, and effectively present it to various business leaders.
- Performing strategic analysis including but not limited to: segmentation, correlation, multiple regression, trend analysis, behavioral analysis and predictive modeling.
- Using your data analysis skills to interpret the data to find key themes and trends to make recommendations supporting the business in driving improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Finance or Mathematics/Statistics and 3 or more years of experience in the Data Analysis area
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5 or more years of experience in the Data Analysis area
- Knowledge of SAP and of interfaces between modules in SAP and underlying business processes producing the data output
- Experience with Python, R, TIBCO Spotfire or Power BI
- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills
