About Role
1- HR Associate
Full Time
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Respond to difficult or complex situations via all Global HR Operations service delivery channels.
- Handle escalated customer and client inquiries and transactions including executives
- Respond and utilize the case management tool to document the details of employee inquiry information and coach others on the correct approach
- Research and resolve issues.
- Develop, Lead and execute process changes based on escalations or defects. Including getting agreement on those changes by leaders and key partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous work experience in an employee services
- Previous HR experience
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Use working knowledge of multiple applications: Time recording systems, SAP, Winshuttle, ServiceNow (case and knowledge management system, document management (DM) Hummingbird, HAMM, Microsoft Office suite software, Access database, and others specific to the work.
