About Role

1- HR Coordinator
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of contact for MEA management team to understand and execute the organizations HR development plan
  • Work closely with REN HR, line management, and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide strategic HR support by designing and propose Compensation & Benefits policy and guidelines:
  • Coordinate with TUS the talent acquisition process and be the point of contact for the hiring managers
  • Coordination with TUS for the job posting campaign and conduct short listing and attend relevant interviews as part of the internal mobility campaign

Requirements

  • A Master/University degree, completed by at least 10 years of experience in HR positions
  • Strong experience in compensation & benefits (designing reward packages, international mobility) and job evaluation
  • A « service partner » approach to support Management in sustaining growth
  • Solid understanding of applicable Group procedures and processes, as well as its organization (especially regarding HR)
  • Language skills required: Fluent English, French, other regional languages is a plus
