About Role
1- HR Executive
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
A- Handling entire Out-Process from staff resignation, clearance, visa cancelation, and final settlement.
B- Managing the Work Force Scheduler by ensuring rostering is properly done and there are no violations in the system.
C- Maintain and prepare the attendance sheet and additional compensation amounts to be added to payroll from Overtime, Shifts, On-call, etc…
D- Maintain the neatness and organization of personnel files and filing cabinets.
E- Ensure adherence to AHD policies and procedures by checking personnel actions.
F- Manages and maintains appropriate stock of office equipment and supplies.
Requirements
A- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a similar role
B- Experience with Oracle Payroll is as must
C- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office and other software as needed by the job.
D- Previous Payroll experience in a Healthcare establishment an advance.
