About Role
1- HR Executive

Riyadh, KSA
Responsibilities
A- Stationery As the HR Executive, you will make sure our colleagues are enabled and empowered through HR programs in our hotel.
B- You will assist in promoting positive team culture while ensuring our colleagues deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life. Additionally, you will have certain specific job responsibilities like
C- Ensures purchase of the logical air travel fares for colleagues as entitled compensation and benefit in the colleague’s contract and/or local standard operating procedure.
D- Maintains and controls HR office stationary supplies at minimal cost and wastage at all times. • Provides payroll data, attendance etc. to Payroll
E- Maintain training records for all direct reports and ensure they do the same for their direct reports
Requirements
A- At least 3+ years of experience in a branded Hotel in a similar role
B- Bachelor degree
C- Must possess excellent communication skills
D- A good all-round knowledge of computer and a good knowledge of HR processes & Labour Law
