1- HR Helpdesk Executive
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
1- You will be the key point of contact of various business units with regards to any HR affairs.
2- In attending HR Hotline, you will ensure that abandoned calls are kept at a minimum and calls/queries are addressed in a timely manner.
3- You will be responsible in the preparation of salary certificates, experience letters and in responding to employee verification requests.
4- Adhoc assignments may also be assigned by your line manager from time to time as per the departmental requirement.
Job Requirements:
1- Degree qualified in HR or has equivalent HR Certifications
2- Minimum of five years experience in an HR support or helpdesk function
3- Experience in a call logging system is a must
4- Multitasker, organized and has very good time management skills
5- Very good English communication skills is a must -both written and verbal; Bilingual speaker is preferred
