1- HR Officer
Full Time
Dubai, UAE

Job Responsibilities:

1- Verification and approval of attendance discrepancies in Oracle.
2- Preparation and issuance of monthly attendance memo.
3- Monitoring of attendance schedule preparation, reliever assignment.
4- Responsible in coordination and documentation of staff movement such as Branch Transfer, Change Designation, Promotion & Demotion.
5- Memo entry and distribution relative to staff movement.
6- Cashier training certificate preparation and issuance (JD, Training evaluation)

Job Requirements:

1- Bachelor’s Degree holder
2- 2 – 3 years HR related work experience in retail industry
3- Oracle experience is an advantage
