About Role
1- Process & Sales Excellence Lead
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
- To align the Quality Management System and resources with the strategic direction of the AKS objectives. Work with the Senior Management team to develop and implement EHSQ strategy for the business and work with the employees to achieve results
- Establish and monitor quality related KPIs throughout the Refinery and take corrective actions with the relevant team as appropriate.
- Ensuring incidents, accidents and quality issues are effectively analyzed and resolved and learning is shared to enhance processes and systems across the Refinery.
- Comply with safety requirements and encourages safe working practices.
Requirements:
- University Degree:Engineering or Food Science
- Master’s Degree:Health and Safety Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- NEBOSH ICG Certificates
- Required: 10 – 15 years – EHSQ Certifications
