1- HSE Manager
Full Time
Dubai, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
A- To contribute to the development of the Divisional Safety and Assurance imperatives and action plans and ensure understanding and delivery of these across the Division
B- To lead and support on investigations into major incidents/accidents
C- To ensure compliance reviews are planned, based on the Divisions risk profile, executed and reported on in a timely manner.
D- To advise the Division Management Team on Assurance related requirements and issues and possible responses and controls to address these.
E- To monitor and review all HSE actions arising from incidents, audit reports, compliance reviews and inspections and ensure that common themes are brought to the attention of Division management
Job Requirements:
A- Knowledge of all the relevant disciplines and technologies associated with Serco Middle East Divisions.
B- The NEBOSH Occupational Health and Safety Diploma or equivalent qualification
C- Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO9001:2015 and ISO45001)
D- Experience in a [Facilities Management] environment
