About Role

1- IT Assistant
Full Time
Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fully functional classroom and admin offices – Desktops, Avaya telephones, Printers, Chromebooks, iPads, Promethean Board / Projectors and Wi-Fi / network connection.
• Hands on experience Windows operating systems,Google Workspace, Office 365 and Mac OS.
• Creating necessary accounts during onboarding of staff and new admission of students.
• Providing first line technical support to staff and students, especially for learning and other academic purposes.
