Responsibilities
- Monitoring the network and ensuring its smooth running.
- Ensure efficient operation of the Restaurant POS system (INFRASYS).
- Assist guests in Internet connections on their personal computers with a friendly, competent, and top-quality service.
- Provide Help to guests on all Interactive TV problems and doubts.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Hardware like Printers, PC’s, and Network.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year as an IT desktop/helpdesk support in a customer-service oriented company/4-5 Star Hotel.
- Windows 10 or earlier version, End-point/Malware protection or Anti-Virus.
- MS Outlook and other MS Office Applications.
- Android/IOS smart devices Basic Desktop Hardware assembly.
- Basics in TCP/IP Wired and wireless network.
