About Role
1- IT Manager

Responsibilities
- Implement OKR (Objectives by Key Results) approach
- Conduct Voice of Business
- Support Group IT in the development and implementation of innovative strategic communications and outreach programs and initiatives designed to engage the organization’s partners and stakeholders proactively.
- Bridge Finance, Business and Technology teams with focus on Infrastructure and Applications
- This role will support Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) concepts that expand across all disciplines of IT Finance. A critical success factor for this role will be to establish trusted business relationships across IT and to develop a strong understanding of Group IT strategic objectives, challenges, and opportunities
Requirements
- Coordinate IT capital project planning, ROI / cost analysis
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with experience in a corporate accounting and/or financial area
- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is highly preferred; however, equivalent work experience will not be overlooked.
- 8 years experience as a Management role in large organization
