About Role
1- IT Support Engineer Job in Dubai
Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Manage the company servers to ensure their smooth and secured running, enabling all users to perform their computer related work as required.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting user issues, finding reliable and dependable solutions as per the urgency and severity of the issue.
- Install new products, updates and solutions on the relevant IT equipment as per the company policies and IT standards.
- Manage the backup process on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis and ensure data is securely available as needed.Business Security Manager (BSM) Responsibilities
- Responsible to maintain an up-to-date asset register for their department in coordination with ISM (Information Security Manager).
- .Track and ensure closure of risk treatment items assigned to their department.
